2009-2010 News and Announcements for Parents:

• The South Miami College Colloquium for Gifted Students will take place on Wednesday, October 28th, 2009 in the Media Center. For more information click here.
  
  
• Target's Take Charge of Education program is an easy way to raise money for a school. Any holder of a Target REDcard Charge Card can designate a school to receive credits each time the card is used. Target will donate 1% of the purchases made at a Target store and .5% of other Target Visa charges. For more information click below.

• New guidelines for volunteering at MDCPS have taken effect. To learn more click here.

• Parents can go to the Parent Academy website, beginning Tuesday, May 5, and discover many ideas for reading, cultural activities, summer safety tips, nature projects and other fun and free things to do.
