Our School Philosophy South Miami students will discover accessible and challenging aspects in all academic and extracurricular areas. | The mission of South Miami Senior High is to prepare students for the experiences of life-long learning neccessary for productive citizenship. South Miami Senior High believes that a safe nurturing educational atmosphere which requires academic performance and achievement must provide students with the opportunity to explore new challenges, to take risks, to set and achieve goals, to expand their sense of worth, and to make contribution to both school and community.
