Project Rise

Project RISE - Rewards and Incentives for School Educators is an innovative five year initiative funded through a grant from the United States Department of Education’s Teacher Incentive Fund. Project RISE is designed to increase teacher and administrator effectiveness in high-need schools through a combination of incentives and support. South Miami Senior High is one among thirty-seven (37) high-need Miami-Dade County Public Schools that are participating in this pilot program.
