They have offered our school an afterschool program that will target ninth grade students. Through the after-school program students would work in small groups to problem solve current issues and acquire necessary research skills that they can utilize in their classes. In addition, this organization will provide the students with afternoon snacks and all-paid educational field trips. If any freshmen is interested, he or she would be required to stay afterschool twice a month on Wednesdays from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
